A delicate peppercorn pate encased in pastry, served with red currant jelly, assorted crackers and fresh fruit.
Smoked Salmon Appetizer:
Thinly sliced smoked salmon presented with sour cream, capers, red onion and fanned egg.
Dip Trio:
Black olive tapenade, hummus and a quenelle lyonnaise. Served with grilled baguette, soft flatbread and tortilla points.

The same great garlic bread baked with marinated tomatoes, onions, fresh basil and three cheeses.

Chili-mango glazed tiger shrimp on field greens with a Thai inspired cilantro and mint dressing.

Baked Onion Soup:
A rich French onion soup with herbed croutons and a gently baked blend of mozzarella, parmesan and Swiss emmenthal.

Grilled Vegetable Salad:
Grilled mushrooms, zucchini, onions and sweet peppers on baby field greens garnished with a Modena balsamic reduction.
Caesar Salad:
Crisp romaine lettuce, lightly seasoned croutons, ham and parmesan in our renowned Caesar dressing.
Garden Salad:
Baby field greens, cucumber, tomato and julienne carrots dressed with roasted Roma tomato and balsamic vinaigrette.
Spinach Salad:
Balsamic dressed baby spinach garnished with red onion, Roquefort cheese and our own spiced pecans.

The Crêpes  
Crêpe Primavera:
Marinated and grilled mushrooms, zucchini, sweet peppers, onions and fontina cheese, wrapped in a freshly made crêpe finished with a grilled leek cream sauce.
Salmon Dill Crêpe:
Atlantic salmon, fresh dill, red onion, and lemon zest prepared in a white wine cream sauce, encased in a freshly made crêpe.

Beef and Mushroom Wrap:
